VentCheck Hand-Held

VentCheck™ is a hand-held respiratory mechanics monitor that measures flow and pressure at the patient's airway. This monitor is designed for use on adult, pediatric and neonatal patients and can be used on any conventional ventilator. The only monitor of its kind, VENTwith its small size and easy-to-use design brings important respiratory mechanics parameters to transport and long-term care.

Finally, Mechanics Made Easy...
The uses differential pressure, single patient use flow sensor technology and is designed to monitor flow and pressure in virtually any clinical setting. A hand-held monitor with full graphics capability:

  • The VENT is designed for use with neonatal, pediatric and adult patients in the ICU, OR or in Emergency/Transport situations.
  • Easy to use for ventilator checks; replaces bulky mechanical spirometers.
  • Allows detection of conditions such as overdistension or ET tube cuff leaks.
  • Ideal for use during transport to assure consistent ventilatory status during manual ventilation.
  • User replaceable alkaline and rechargeable battery packs eliminate the need to wait while battieries are charging.

Flow Sensors
The VENTuses differential pressure, single patient use flow sensors to provide a breath-by-breath picture of the patient's respiratory status. Pediatric/Adult and Neonatal versions available.

  • No Calibration Required
  • Minimal Deadspace
  • No Assembly Required
  • Single Patient Use
